Finance Manager

Salary: £85,000 + bonus + benefits

Location: Hybrid London

As Finance Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day finance operations while elevating the quality of insight, reporting, and financial rigour across the business. • Full ownership of month-end close, management accounts, and financial reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management with clear, actionable insights
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decisions
• Oversight of statutory accounts, audits, and external advisors
• Continuous improvement of financial controls, processes, and systems
• Supporting growth initiatives including pricing, investment analysis, and scenario modelling
• Mentoring junior finance team members where appropriate

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
• Strong experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role
• Excellent technical grounding combined with commercial curiosity
• Confident communicator who can influence non-finance stakeholders
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
