Job Description

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Fostering Team for Buckinghamshire Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing and supervising a fostering team to deliver high-quality services to children and foster carers.
Overseeing the recruitment, assessment, approval, supervision, and support of foster carers.
Ensuring fostering assessments, reviews, and care planning meet statutory requirements and national minimum standards.
Providing professional supervision, leadership, and guidance to Social Workers and Senior Practitioners.
Monitoring performance, managing workloads, and ensuring timely, compliant case recording.
Working collaboratively with children's social care teams, partner agencies, and external providers.
Contributing to service development, quality assurance activity, and continuous service improvement.

Pay Rate:
42 per hour Umbrella

Essential Requirements:
Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent)
Social Work England registration
Substantial experience within fostering services
Proven experience managing or supervising social work teams
Strong knowledge of fostering regulations, legislation, and safeguarding frameworks
