• Building and managing your own client portfolio

• Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates

• Growing long-term relationships, not just filling jobs

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role

• Strong business development and relationship-building skills

• A commercial mindset with a people-first approach
