About the Role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you ll:
Lead shifts and provide hands-on care, guidance, and support to children and young people.
Act as a positive role model, inspiring both the children and your team.
Deliver individual care plans, ensuring each child s needs are understood and met.
Keep accurate records, including daily logs, incident reports, and safeguarding documentation.
Support and mentor the care team, helping them develop their skills.
Contribute to creating a nurturing, high-quality home environment in line with Ofsted standards.
About You
To thrive in this role, you ll need:
Experience in children s residential care, including managing challenging behaviours.
Leadership experience or the ability to supervise and guide a team (desirable).
A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
A Full UK Driving Licence.
Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and regular sleep-ins.
