We're recruiting an experienced and strategic Operations Manager - Housing Management & Income Recovery to lead a high-volume housing management and temporary accommodation service within a local authority. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior housing professional with strong operational leadership, income recovery expertise and experience managing complex housing services to make a significant impact. You'll be responsible for the effective management of housing management, temporary accommodation procurement and income recovery functions, ensuring statutory compliance, strong financial performance and excellent outcomes for residents.
