Your Role
The Assistant Head of Year will work with their allocated year group to ensure high standards of behaviour, attendance and punctuality in that year group. They will also provide a high level of pastoral support to ensure student s needs are met. Fairfax is an academy with traditional values, and an ethos built around hard work, high expectations and opportunity. Our aim is to ensure that our students leave the Academy prepared to succeed in the next stages of their careers, education and training.
