Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 annual bonus

The role of the Senior Electrical Design Engineer - Building Services will involve:

• Electrical Engineer position leading the design and development of electrical systems for RIBA Stage 4-5 construction projects.
• Oversee and review technical drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Collaborate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to integrate electrical systems effectively.
• Have technical oversight of junior engineers and support their professional development.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Contribute to sustainability and energy efficiency strategies within electrical designs

• Working on M&E projects with values ranging from £1m to £15m

The ideal applicant will Senior Electrical Design Engineer - Building Services with:

• Must have a Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Must have experience in electrical design within the building services sector
• Ideally Professional Registration with IET or similar body (Incorporated Engineer or Chartered Engineer status preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV distribution, lighting, fire alarm, power, and containment systems.
• Understanding of AutoCAD/Revit, AMTECH (Trimble)
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail
• IT Literate
