Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead our elderly care facility on the outskirts of King's Lynn, Norfolk. The ideal candidate must be a current CQC registered manager with a robust understanding and background in CQC regulations within an elderly care setting. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to residents.
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet financial targets.
- Engage with residents and their families to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Requirements:
- Current CQC registration as a Home Manager.
- Proven experience in managing an elderly care setting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Must be a car driver due to the location of the facility.
