JOB TITLE: Multi-Trader / plumber

LOCATION:West London/North West London/South West london

SALARY: 36k - 42k VAN,fuel card, overtime

CANDIDATE INFORMATION -Multi-Trader

• Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate
• You will have experience of working on property maintenance contracts previously and be competent on a wide range of carpentry including fire door installation, fencing & decking, assembling shelves/units, skirting boards etc
• The ideal candidate will also have experience of painting and decorating

JOB INFORMATION -Multi-Trader

• As a multi-trader based from home you will be working on a mobile basis, you would be responsible for carrying out general property maintenance such as painting and decorating and carpentry work
• General building maintenance expereicne such as fencing/decking, skirting boards, fire door installation etc
• Covering the West side of London you would be responsible for ensuring all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner
