Job Title: Commercial Claims Handler
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits / Hybrid Working

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Claims Handler to join the dynamic team of a leading insurance broker. This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of complex commercial insurance claims, providing expert guidance and ensuring outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage a variety of commercial insurance claims from inception to settlement, including Property, Motor, Liabilities and PI
- Provide expert advice and support to clients and colleagues regarding claim matters
- Investigate and assess claims to determine liability and potential settlement
- Liaise with insurers, legal representatives, and other relevant parties to facilitate efficient claims resolution
- Mentor and support claims colleagues, contributing to the team's development
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial claims handling within an insurance brokerage
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and claims processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex claims efficiently
- Professional qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) preferred but not essential
