Semi-Skilled Engineer
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £15 £18 per hour (DOE) - £35,000 - £42,000
Hours: 45 hours/week Double Day Shift
- Week A: 6am 3pm
- Week B: 1pm 10pm
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

We re hiring a Semi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading manufacturer known for its precision-engineered equipment and commitment to developing talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1 2 years of experience who s ready to progress.
What You ll Be Doing
- Supporting maintenance and engineering tasks across the site
- Assisting with fault finding and basic repairs
- Learning from experienced engineers and developing hands-on skills
- Working within a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Following health & safety and compliance procedures
What We re Looking For
- 1 2 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Any engineering qualification (Level 2 or above)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and progress
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work across rotating shifts
