THE ROLE
As the voice of technology for the business, you will lead the strategic planning, development and implementation of the agency's technology strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business strategy.

THE PERSON
With senior leadership experience gained in a media, entertainment, or digital production/post production environment, you will have a proven ability to set and deliver a long term technology strategy. You will have led technology teams and will be comfortable shaping a roadmap that aligns technology investment with business priorities.
It's essential you have hands on experience with the platforms and workflows that underpin high volume creative and localisation operations - from asset management systems to cloud infrastructure, automation, and secure delivery environments. A strong understanding of content security standards and experience operating in high security environments is essential.
Beyond technical expertise, you will be adept at building and managing vendor relationships, and driving innovation. Your track record will show a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
