Role & Responsibilities
- Work on projects including high-end new builds, refurbishments and listed building restorations
- Produce detailed technical drawings, construction packages and planning documentation
- Collaborate closely with architects, clients, consultants and contractors
- Contribute to design development and technical problem-solving across project stages
- Assist with site visits, coordination and contract administration during construction
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high technical and design standard
Required Skills & Experience
- Architectural Technician with proven UK project experience
- Strong technical ability with proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit preferred
- Experience working across RIBA Stages 1-5
- Background in high-end residential and/or heritage projects advantageous
- Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workloads
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
