Architectural Technician

• Work on projects including high-end new builds, refurbishments and listed building restorations
• Produce detailed technical drawings, construction packages and planning documentation
• Collaborate closely with architects, clients, consultants and contractors
• Contribute to design development and technical problem-solving across project stages
• Assist with site visits, coordination and contract administration during construction
• Ensure projects are delivered to a high technical and design standard

• Architectural Technician with proven UK project experience
• Strong technical ability with proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit preferred
• Experience working across RIBA Stages 1-5
• Background in high-end residential and/or heritage projects advantageous
• Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workloads
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach

• Salary 40,000 - 45,000 depending on experience
• Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week
