Conduct HHSRS surveys and EPC assessments, including for void properties. Perform visual asbestos inspections and update management information accordingly. Undertake periodic inspections and re-inspections for fire safety, asbestos, HHSRS, and other compliance areas. Pre-inspect planned works and survey completed void properties prior to re-let. Engage with tenants to discuss planned works and address any concerns. What you'll need to succeed Qualifications & Education Level 3 qualification in a trade occupation. HNC/HND in Building Studies or equivalent (or working towards). Ideally membership of a relevant professional body (CIOB, RICS, ASCP or equivalent) or working towards. DEA qualification to SAP 10 methodology (C&G6361 or equivalent), or willingness to train and register (ideally with Elmhurst). Knowledge of HHSRS. Experience & Knowledge Experience working within a housing maintenance service. Strong understanding of building maintenance, structures, and energy efficiency. Experience working with tenants, leaseholders, and the general public. Project management and contract supervision experience. Good knowledge of housing law, policies, and compliance requirements.
