You will be required to work onsite 4 days per week, with an initial period of 5 days per week for the first 4 weeks. Core Responsibilities: Support the development and management of system requirements, ensuring traceability from customer needs through to verification. Support the development of system safety artefacts in accordance with aerospace and defence standards. Assist in defining system architecture and interfaces across mechanical, electrical, and software elements. Participate in design reviews including SRR, PDR, CDR, and test readiness reviews. Support the development of system safety artefacts in accordance with aerospace and defence standards. Assist in performing hazard identification and analysis activities. Support the development and maintenance of Hazard Logs. Ensure safety requirements are captured, allocated, and verified within the system design. Managing the Quarterly Airworthiness Review Board. Skills and Experience: Experience working within complex engineering systems (aerospace, defence, or high-integrity industries). Understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle management. Experience managing technical documentation and requirements. Ability to work within multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Experience with safety standards such as ARP4754, ARP4761, MIL-STD-882, and Def Stan 00-056. Experience with requirements management. Experience contributing to hazard analyses (FMEA, FTA, FHA).
