Key Responsibilities:
- Design infrastructure, external works, and drainage for commercial and residential projects.
- Manage projects from appraisal through planning and detailed design stages.
- Develop earthworks strategies and oversee related design requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project records and manage timelines effectively.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years post-graduate experience in a consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge oh house building and development engineering
- Experience with major and minor commercial and residential developments.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, Site 3D, and Flow software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
