Freelance Senior Estimator (Rail & Civils) requirements: Engineering background and degree qualified in a relevant Engineering or similar qualification and relevant experience 10+ years' experience as an Engineer on site &/or a delivery role with Estimating experience working on civils and structures projects within the railway sector.
