Role Summary: Leading pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties across luxury refurbishment projects. Prepare detailed cost plans, feasibility studies, bills of quantities, tender packs, and procurement documentation. Develop and advise on procurement strategies and contract terms. Manage valuations, interim payments, subcontractor payments, cost reporting, and cash flow forecasts. Oversee variations, change orders, claims, and final account negotiations. Work closely with the Senior QS, Project Managers, design teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership to ensure commercial control and contract compliance.
