Role: We are seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager to lead the second phase of a successful SAP SuccessFactors implementation across a multi-region, partner-led global law firm. The Senior Project Manager will drive global process harmonisation, extend and optimise SuccessFactors modules, coordinate downstream integrations (payroll, time, identity, finance), and embed measurable business change across jurisdictions. You'll own delivery from design, build, test, deployment and stabilisation ensuring benefits realisation and audit-ready compliance. These roles demand strategic leadership and agility. You'll act as the bridge between diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring requirements are cleared captured and ensuring every detail of the HRIS/Payroll Transformation programme is flawlessly executed. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate: Essential: Extensive experience leading global HRIS/Payroll transformations (multi-region, multi-entity), including SuccessFactors (Employee Central as core) Track record of chairing SteerCo/Design Authority as well as driving decision logs and potential change control Proven delivery experience of: Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Time Off/Time Tracking, EC-Payroll or third-party payroll integrations Track record harmonising global HR processes (hire-to-retire, job architecture, comp cycles), balancing global template vs. local statutory needs Deep integration leadership: SAP BTP/CPI or Boomi, payroll connectors, identity (Entra/AD), ServiceNow HRSD/ITSM, finance/time solutions Strong testing and cutover leadership (SIT/UAT, payroll parallel, migration, mock cutovers, hypercare) Legal-sector or highly regulated industry experience (desirable): understanding partner models, mobility, and confidentiality constraints Methodologies: Prince2/PMP/Agile (Scrum/Kanban); ITIL familiarity for HR service operations. Excellent stakeholder management with C-suite, HR leadership, Partners, local HR/payroll teams, and managed service providers.
