A specialist SEMH-focused school in Earley is looking for a proactive Behaviour Support Worker to help pupils develop positive behaviour, emotional resilience, and engagement with learning. You'll be a consistent and trusted presence for students who need structure, boundaries, and encouragement.

• Role: Behaviour Support Worker
• Location: Earley, Berkshire
• Pay: 89- 100 per day
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
• Age Range: 11-18 years

As a Behaviour Support Worker, You Will:

• Work 1:1 with pupils displaying challenging or disruptive behaviour
• Implement behaviour plans and de-escalation strategies
• Support emotional regulation and conflict management
• Promote positive engagement in lessons and school life
• Work closely with Teachers, SENCOs, and mental health professionals
