We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Teacher to work within a school s SEMH base, supporting pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support to access learning. This role is ideal for a teacher who understands the impact of social, emotional, and mental health needs on learning and is passionate about helping pupils successfully re-engage with education.
SEMH Base Teacher
Location: Dudley
Contract: Full-time / Term-time only
Salary: £32,916 - £46,286 (depending on experience & qualifications)
The role:
As a Teacher in the SEMH base, you will work with a small group of pupils who may access the base either full-time or alongside mainstream classes. You will provide a structured, nurturing environment that supports emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and academic progress, while working closely with the wider school team.
