Main Duties/Responsibilities General reception duties - greeting patients in person and on telephone, making, cancelling appointments, providing information regarding practice services Maintaining and updating files both computerised and manual. Typing letters, memos referrals, and confidential reports. Sorting and distribution of post Collect and collate data as and when required. Liaise with other disciplines, outsides agencies and departments, in a helpful and professional manner.
