Salesforce Consultant (Field Service) | 6-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | Remote
A fast-growing consultancy is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to lead the design and delivery of a Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementation. This is a greenfield project, giving you exposure to deliver a field service operation that connects mobile workers and drives customer satisfaction.
You'll collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements, shape scalable service processes, and configure Salesforce to deliver a streamlined, end-to-end field service solution.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and optimise Salesforce Field Service, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Design user-centric Field Service processes covering work orders, service appointments, assets, and mobile workflows
Build automations (Flows, rules, triggers where required) to enhance technician productivity and customer transparency
Support integrations with third-party systems such as ERP, mobile apps, GIS, and inventory platforms
Create tailored training materials and deliver hands-on enablement
