- Reconcile invoices against delivery notes and purchase orders, completing monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Prepare and process supplier payments, including BACS payment runs and purchase summaries
- Support the Finance Manager and Head of Finance & IT, including deputising when required and contributing to team priorities
- Maintain accurate financial records, support system improvements, and contribute to continuous process improvement
Purchase Ledger Controller Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications - Degree preferred or a minimum of 3 years' relevant finance or bookkeeping experience
- Proven experience managing a purchase ledger and supplier accounts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet monthly deadlines
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
