As an entry-level Recruitment Consultant, you'll start by sourcing and engaging candidates. Over time, you'll progress into a full 360 role, managing:

• Client relationships and business development
• Candidate sourcing, interviews, and placement management
• Offer negotiation and closing deals
• Building and running your own specialist desk
