Requirements
  • Qualified employment solicitor or substantial practical experience in employment law and employment tribunals.
  • Experience advising and representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings, including advocacy skills.
  • Strong understanding of employment law principles, tribunal procedures, and related legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills-able to brief, advise, and liaise effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, exercising tact and discretion at all times.
  • Willingness to work regular hours in a collaborative environment.
