Customer Service Team Leader - Housing Association - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Housing Association in Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit an interim Customer Service Team leader to support their team. This role is office based, is a great opportunity for current Housing professionals to build on their experience and offers £26 - 28 per hour via umbrella.

Customer Service Team Leader - Housing Association - About The Role:

  • Assist in the management of the customer service team
  • Responsible for processing repairs and administer the repairs and maintenance system
  • Maintain the housing waiting list and process applications
  • Instruct contractors and manage job completion
  • Assist with projects

Customer Service Team Leader - Housing Association - What You Need:

  • Experience in a Social Housing setting
  • Team management experience is highly desirable
  • Knowledge and experience of repairs is highly desirable
