Provide support with behaviour management, using de-escalation techniques and reinforcing positive behaviour strategies to help children manage their emotions and reactions. As a Teaching Assistant, help create a calm, structured classroom environment that encourages learning and supports students with additional needs. Support children with LD and EBD in developing social and communication skills, promoting inclusion and positive peer relationships.
