An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Account Manager to join a growing commercial team. This role is central to driving revenue growth by converting inbound enquiries and proactive outbound activity into long term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
. Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and CRM, engaging professionally and confidently with potential customers.
. Proactively generate new business through outbound calling and targeted prospect lists.
. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services.
. Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, quoting, negotiation, closing, and handover to delivery teams.
. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term value.
Collaboration & Administration
. Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to share customer feedback and pipeline updates.
. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions within the CRM system.
. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in telesales, lead conversion, or outbound sales roles.
Confident making high-volume calls and managing a structured sales pipeline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, customer focused approach.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and CRM proficiency.
Resilient, motivated, and confident handling objections.
A proactive team player with a solutions-focused mindset.
Desired
Experience within technical, construction, energy, HVAC, or similar sectors.
Exposure to regulated or technical product sales (beneficial but not essential).
