One of my consulting clients based in London is seeking an MS Dynamics 365 Technical SME for a new and exciting project. The role requires you to be on the office 3 days a week.
Role:
- Technical SME required to support a broad IT solution review, with responsibility for assessing technical functionality and design, value for money, and alignment with future ways of working.
- The role reports to the Consultant acting as Project Lead
- It requires strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including:
- Customer Insights
- Customer Voice
- Customer Service Operations
- Familiarity with Microsoft's AI capabilities within the Dynamics ecosystem is highly desirable.
