Job Description

Head Chef, 4 Hotel, Worcester, 50k- 55k + service charge

This recently renovated stunning house hotel has a brasserie style restaurant as well catering for numerous weddings and events.

What you will be doing:
Responsible for all aspects of the culinary operation from restaurant to events and functions
Managing the kitchen brigade ensuring procedures are followed and all food is of the highest standard
Involvement in all aspects of menu writing, ordering, organisation, prep and service
Innovate and develop menus inspiring your team as well as guests
Build and maintain strong relationships with all areas of the hotel

Working hours are 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 45 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.

Someone genuinely passionate about exceptional food and ingredients -able to cook fresh ingredients and produce and treat with respect
Up to date knowledge about latest food trends and keen to discover the next big thing
An eye for detail and presentation
Flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude and a professional approach
