About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence & Performance Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organisation. You will play a key role in transforming complex data into meaningful insights, developing performance dashboards, and enabling operational and strategic planning.

Working closely with business teams, service owners, and senior leadership, you will interpret trends, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure performance reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable.

Must have active SC & NPPV3 clearance

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain programme-level dashboards, reports, and performance packs for senior stakeholders and governance boards
  • Analyse delivery progress, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and milestones to support programme decision-making
  • Produce accurate AWS cloud cost reporting, including forecasting, usage analysis, optimisation insights, and spend tracking
  • Work with technical teams to understand cloud architecture, cost drivers, and consumption patterns
  • Support development and monitoring of KPIs, SLAs, and performance frameworks
  • Provide deep-dive analysis on delivery performance, operational trends, and financial impacts
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems and data sources
  • Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with delivery managers, engineers, architects, and finance teams to align delivery, technical activity, and financial reporting
  • Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Performance Analyst, PMO Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools
  • Experience analysing AWS cloud spend, including cost allocation, tagging, forecasting, and optimisation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience producing programme-level reporting packs and KPI dashboards
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
