Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders including General Managers, General Sales Managers, Aftersales Managers and departmental leaders. Help monitor departmental performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve profitability. Support continuous improvements to financial reporting, controls and processes. Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required. About You You'll already have experience within a franchised motor trade accounts environment and be looking to develop your career within management accounting and commercial finance. You'll ideally have: Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant or similar finance role within a franchised dealership or dealer group. Experience preparing journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations. Exposure to management accounts, budgeting and forecasting. Strong working knowledge of Kerridge/CDK Drive or Pinnacle dealer management systems. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical ability. The confidence to communicate with and support operational stakeholders across the business. A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. AAT qualified, studying towards ACCA/CIMA, or qualified by experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
