You know what it takes to run a busy shift and keep the energy high. Customer Satisfaction: You are obsessed with the guest experience and have the numbers to prove it. You have a track record of driving customer satisfaction scores, increasing engagement, and consistently delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews. Financial Responsibility: You have experience assisting with P&L management, controlling labour costs, and managing inventory/waste to hit profitability targets. Leadership Skills: You have a proven track record of leading, coaching, and motivating a team. You don't just manage; you develop people and identify future talent. Operational Excellence: You have a solid understanding of Food Safety standards, Health & Safety regulations, and maintaining 5-star hygiene ratings. Flexibility: You are available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
