We're working with a high-performing executive search firm based in Berkhamsted, specialising in global technology recruitment across Retail, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Automation.

• Average placement fees of £30,000

• Exposure to senior leaders across the UK, EMEA, US and APAC
• Hybrid working model based from Berkhamsted
• No minimum targets - performance is measured on quality delivery and results

• Deliver executive search projects within global technology markets
• Partner with clients on senior and leadership hires across Retail, Supply Chain & Manufacturing tech
• Headhunt and engage passive, senior-level candidates globally
• Act in a consultative and advisory capacity throughout the full search lifecycle
• Build deep market knowledge and long-term client relationships
• Opportunity to attend industry events and international travel as you progress

• Experienced Recruitment Consultants / Senior Consultants
• Particularly interested in candidates from Professional Services recruitment backgrounds
• However, all recruitment sectors will be considered
• Strong communicator who enjoys working senior-level, consultative assignments
• Ambitious, delivery-focused and motivated by high fees rather than high volume

• Basic salary: £30,000 - £50,000 (DOE & billing background)
• Commission: Starting at 20%, with excellent earning potential
