This role is ideal for individuals from support work, residential care, sports coaching, youth work, or graduate backgrounds who are passionate about helping children with additional needs to thrive in a nurturing, structured environment.
The school supports primary-aged pupils with autism and complex needs, offering a calm, child-centred approach that focuses on communication, emotional regulation, and social development. You will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, build independence, and feel safe and supported throughout the school day.

The school welcomes applicants who have experience supporting children with autism or who demonstrate a strong passion for special educational needs. Experience in support work, residential care, sports coaching, youth work, or working with children will be highly beneficial.
The ideal candidate will:Experience delivering workshops, practical activities, or Theatre in Education (TIE) is advantageous but not essential.
