VIP Customer Service Agent
Location: Stansted
Salary: 25,000 + 5,000 Shift Allowance
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off

You will be working for a UK-based aerospace company providing exclusive VIP aviation services.
This role sits within the VIP Services department, where you will be responsible for greeting visitors and aircraft crew in a professional and attentive manner. The successful candidate will deliver a seamless, high-quality experience, ensuring all guest needs are met to the highest standard.

The Role:
Working with high-profile and celebrity guests
Delivering a premium VIP service to passengers, crew, and visitors
Handling all interactions in a professional, attentive, and discreet manner
Serving refreshments
The Candidate:
Full UK driving licence
Previous experience in VIP or premium service roles
Confident, friendly, and approachable
Shift Pattern:
Earlies: 06:00 - 18:00
Middles: 07:00 - 19:00
Lates: 11:00 - 23:00
