The purpose of this role is to support the QHSE Manager, and so is the need to ensure continued Health, Safety and Environmental across the plant. The purpose of this role is to support the QHSE Manager, and so is the need to ensure continued Health, Safety and Environmental across the plant. As a HSE Advisor, you will support with delivering new HSE processes, building relationships with staff at all levels, conducting internal audits, conducting risk assessments, providing safety training, and promoting a culture of safety among employees and contractors. In-depth knowledge of UK health & safety legislation, regulations, and standards. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and develop effective control measures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in conducting safety training sessions and delivering presentations.
