About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Administration and Marketing Coordinator to support our UK and international growth. This hands-on position offers genuine variety, working alongside a small, committed team dedicated to bringing award-winning, sustainably produced products to customers through retail and online channels.

The role combines day-to-day operations with creative marketing support, giving you the opportunity to develop skills across different areas of the business while making a tangible impact. You'll manage diverse responsibilities-from processing orders and coordinating with warehouses to creating content and managing influencer partnerships-allowing you to build valuable, transferable experience.

We need an organised self-starter with strong digital skills who can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. You should be comfortable working autonomously, bringing initiative and a positive, professional attitude to everything you do.

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in administration and/or marketing roles
  • Excellent organisational and computer skills
  • Strong proficiency with digital tools, e-commerce platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and manage your own workload
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and structured systems
  • Positive, professional demeanour and collaborative approach
What You'll DoAdministration (50%)
  • Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently across multiple platforms including our website, Amazon, and other third-party channels
  • Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with our UK warehouse team to manage stock levels and fulfilment
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer queries regarding orders, tracking, and product information with care and professionalism.
  • E-commerce Support: Update website content and create new product listings
  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with data, retailer presentations, market category analysis, and product information
  • Reporting & Organization: Maintain well-structured systems and databases, delivering weekly reports and ensuring information is easily accessible across departments
  • Ad Hoc Projects/Tasks: Provide support on additional tasks as needed.
Marketing (50%)
  • Social Media Coordination: Support content workflows across platforms, including scheduling, briefing, asset coordination, and ensuring posts are consistent and on-brand
  • Campaign Execution: Manage competitions and promotional offers from start to finish, including T&Cs, setup, coordination, timelines, and follow-ups
  • Content Creation: Write and update SEO-friendly content for blogs, product pages, FAQs, and landing pages to support customer experience and online visibility
  • DTC Support: Contribute across the direct-to-consumer journey, including on-site promotions, email campaigns, and landing pages
  • Influencer & Partnership Management: Handle day-to-day influencer outreach, track deliverables, coordinate content, manage usage rights, and keep everything organized
  • Performance Tracking: Pull reports, track campaign performance, and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards with accuracy
  • Ad Hoc Projects/Tasks: Provide support on additional tasks as needed.
Desirable
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (particularly Amazon and Shopify)
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
  • Familiarity with social media management tools
  • Experience coordinating influencer partnerships
  • Knowledge of basic analytics and reporting tools
