An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Service Advisor to join a well-established vehicle dealership, specialising in the sales, servicing and maintenance of commercial vehicles. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will lead the Service Advisor team while ensuring an efficient after-sales operation and delivering excellent customer experience. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary up to £37,620 for 46.5 hours work week plus performance-related bonus of up to £1,720 per annum and benefits. You will be responsible for: Overseeing the daily operation of the Service Reception. Providing a professional service to customers in person and over the telephone.
