As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting operational leaders, strengthening employee relations, and contributing to the development of effective, people-led practices.
About the Role
The HR Business Partner will work closely with senior leaders and operational managers to provide pragmatic, solutions-focused HR support. This role has a strong emphasis on Employee Relations, offering expert guidance across a range of complex and sensitive people matters.
You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting service delivery through effective people management, compliance with employment legislation, and the consistent application of HR policies and procedures. Experience within healthcare or a regulated environment will be highly advantageous.
