up to 5,000 guests a week ?
What You ll Do
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a large, talented kitchen brigade
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and service
- Create and execute innovative, seasonal menus spanning 200+ dishes
- Manage budgets, stock, and kitchen resources efficiently
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Drive efficiency and profitability while maintaining creativity and culinary excellence
What We re Looking For
- Proven leadership of large, high-volume kitchen teams
- Professional culinary qualifications and experience with multi-cultural cuisine
- Skilled in high-volume cooking, banqueting, and cruise ship or large event operations
- Strong operational, budget, and resource management experience
- Excellent communication and team motivation skills
- Deep knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
