Job Description

The Opportunity:

Our client is looking for a Property Account Handler to join their specialist Insurance Brokerage, supporting the placement and servicing of Property Owners and commercial property risks. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a respected Lloyd's broker, gaining exposure to UK and international markets while developing strong technical broking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day servicing of Property Owners and commercial property accounts.
  • Prepare renewal documentation, gather underwriting information, and ensure compliance.
  • Produce and issue policy documents, schedules, endorsements, and invoices.
  • Support brokers with market presentations, slips, and placement activity.
  • Liaise with Lloyd's and company market underwriters to obtain and negotiate terms.
  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails in line with FCA and Lloyd's requirements.
  • Provide first-line claims support.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Property Owners, Commercial Property, or Commercial insurance.
  • Strong understanding of broking processes and insurer interaction.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Confident communicator with strong client-service skills.
