The Opportunity:
Our client is looking for a Property Account Handler to join their specialist Insurance Brokerage, supporting the placement and servicing of Property Owners and commercial property risks. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a respected Lloyd's broker, gaining exposure to UK and international markets while developing strong technical broking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day servicing of Property Owners and commercial property accounts.
- Prepare renewal documentation, gather underwriting information, and ensure compliance.
- Produce and issue policy documents, schedules, endorsements, and invoices.
- Support brokers with market presentations, slips, and placement activity.
- Liaise with Lloyd's and company market underwriters to obtain and negotiate terms.
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails in line with FCA and Lloyd's requirements.
- Provide first-line claims support.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Property Owners, Commercial Property, or Commercial insurance.
- Strong understanding of broking processes and insurer interaction.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Confident communicator with strong client-service skills.
