About the Role:
A dynamic and growing company in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead both sales growth and marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will drive revenue, build brand awareness, and manage customer relationships, making a real impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategy.
• Manage budgets, campaigns, and marketing projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Target-driven, creative, and strategic thinker.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
