PC Thorold Ltd are recruiting for a Field Manager to support our team from our site in Gosberton.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working with Fresh Produce.
- Forecasting production volumes and general field walking to assess crop health.
- Implementing orders from the planning team.
- Overseeing field harvesting teams. Ensuring efficiencies and order requirements are met. Quality requirements, customers specifications are adhered to.
- Ensure good communication flow between all departments on quality issues.
- Ability to communicate to a multi lingual workforce.
- Positive, can do approach.
