Senior Analyst - Epic Beacon Rollout & Implementation
Location: London - 3/4 days onsite
Employment type: Contract to Perm
Duration: 12 months initial
Role Summary:
TEKsystems are seeking a Senior Analyst to form part of a team to support the rollout and optimisation of Epic Beacon (oncology) in line with the creation of an Oncology Clinic.
You will partner with clinical leaders, pharmacy, nursing, and IT to translate oncology workflows into safe, efficient, and compliant Beacon build.
You'll drive key workstreams from design through go live and stabilisation, ensuring treatment plans, order sets, and protocols are standardised, governed and measurable.
This role is ideal for an experienced Epic analyst who combines deep Beacon knowledge with strong stakeholder engagement, testing discipline, business analysis and a data driven mindset.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Epic Beacon certification and/or 2-4 + years hands on Beacon build, implementation, or optimisation Experience.
Prior go live participation (design - build - test - cutover - hypercare) in oncology settings.
Strong understanding of oncology workflows: regimen design, sequencing, dose calculations, pre meds, supportive care, infusion chair scheduling, pharmacy verification, and compounding.
Experience collaborating across Epic modules (Willow, Orders, ClinDoc, Bridges/Interfaces, Prelude/Cadence, Reporting/Clarity/Caboodle).
Demonstrated competency in testing discipline, defect management, and change control.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with clinicians and operational leaders; excellent written and verbal communication.
