Resourcing Planning & Governance Manager12-week contract | Inside IR35
London - 2 days per week on-site

We are seeking an experienced Resourcing Planning & Governance Manager to support the growth of a specialist reserving function within a regulated financial services environment.

The role will focus on establishing scalable resourcing, capacity-planning, and governance processes, supporting teams through periods of increased demand. The scope will also extend into Capital Oversight following findings from a recent review.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement resourcing and capacity-planning frameworks
  • Develop utilisation and capacity models to support sustainable delivery
  • Introduce governance processes to enable effective oversight and peer review
  • Support teams managing capacity constraints and peak workloads

Required experience:

  • Resourcing or workforce planning in complex or regulated environments (FS/actuarial preferred)
  • Designing utilisation-based or consultancy-style resourcing models
  • Process design, governance, and operational improvement experience
  • Strong senior and technical stakeholder engagement
