Gross Profit Management Ensure all dishes are accurately costed and consistently meet GP targets through effective stock control, portioning, and supplier management. Kitchen Leadership Lead, manage, and motivate a small team of chefs, maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Stock & Ordering Oversee ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction, using your understanding of margins to drive profitability. Compliance & Safety Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, allergen, and health & safety regulations keeping the kitchen audit-ready at all times. Collaboration Work closely with the General Manager and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient, high-energy service.
