Team Leader - Horticulture Do you have the passion and leadership to help plants - and people - thrive? We're looking for a Team Leader to play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy production nursery. This is a hands-on opportunity to combine your horticultural knowledge with the chance to inspire and guide a team-ensuring our crops are grown to the highest standards and our customers receive plants of outstanding quality. What you'll be doing: Leading and motivating your team across a variety of nursery tasks - from feeding and maintenance through to picking, packing, and despatch. Monitoring crop health and acting quickly on issues such as pests, diseases, and irrigation needs. Working alongside managers to plan production areas and keep operations running smoothly. Promoting and enforcing safe working practices in line with OH&S standards and nursery protocols. Upholding plant health and biosecurity measures to protect stock, customers, and reputation. Supporting colleagues to develop their skills and fostering a culture of quality, care, and collaboration. What we're looking for: Proven supervisory or leadership experience (horticultural experience is highly desirable). Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. A motivated, approachable leader who can nurture both plants and people. A commitment to quality, safety, plant health, and excellent customer service. Why join us?
