This role involves managing the operations of anaerobic digestion facilities within the East Anglia region, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency across all locations. Package: 60,000 - 70,000 Per annum Car Allowance Monday to Friday 25 Days leave + Bank Holidays Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and health and safety standards. Overseeing the daily operations of the anaerobic digestion facilities, including managing staff, overseeing rotas, and coordinating maintenance and repair activities. Developing and implementing strategies to optimize production efficiency, maximize revenue, and minimize costs. Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across the organization. Monitoring and analysing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address any issues.
